[78-L] Irving Kaufman Party Record???

Thanks for the link, David. I wasn't aware of your Blue Page web site
which has a lot of great info on "party records."

Perhaps you or someone can fill me in on the details of a sort of
"semi-party" record I just received in the mail:

Sterling 5002. Moe the Schmo Makes Love b/w Moe The Schmo Takes a Rhumba
Lesson. Irving Kaufman and his Musical Schmos. Musical Direction - Ruby
Melnick.

It's also labeled Yiddish Comedy Song Parts 1/2, but has a fair amount of
double entendre humor, as well as little bits of what sounds like a great
klezmer-style band. Not to mention the wonderful sound of our old pal
Irving singing and speaking in Yiddish and English...a great record.

Any one know if there are other records like this on Sterling, or other
Kaufman records from this same period, which I'm guessing is ca. 1948?

Thanks from Taylor B.
