Yes, the Columbia date codes can also be found on the Green label E series (E for 'ethnic'). 
However, I'd be cautious. The publishing dates are not necessarily the recording dates, they can be several years off, especially for the matrices taken from European labels like Favorite, Lindström a.o. 
The recording dates for U.S. recordings, including Columbia E series, were published in Spottswood, ''Ethnic Music on Records'', 7 vols., University of Illinois Press, 1990.
