[78-L] An English Decca query

I have no trace of a Decca F 4000 series, 
but there was an unprefixed 4000 series for Italian material.  
In fact, the prefix does not seem to be that important, because 
there is little duplication: 

F 5000 England

PH 5000  Italy 
X 5300 Germany 

Y 5000 Australia 12"


F 10000 England 
T 10000 France 
X 10000 Holland 12" 

and possibly a few more. But generally the numbering does not seem 
to be duplicated.
