[78-L] A question regarding speed

Greetings,

I have gotten my hands on certain discs, made in Sarajevo by Franz Hampe 
in 1908. That is to say, I have some digitised files. Now, I suspect 
that they were digitised a tad too fast. Therefore, I must inquire, 
whether Hampe recorded at 78 RPM, or a bit slower. I know that speed was 
not entirely standardised yet back then, which complicates the question, 
but still I would like to hear some opinions and guesses at least.
