[78-L] Looking for HMV and Columbia lists of UK issued album sets

The HMV record catalogues of different years use to have a list of album sets published up to the catalog date. Of course, it's better to check several years, for there were new sets added, while others were deleted from time to time.There are places in the web with pdfs of such catalogues.There is the UK catalogues, but other countries also issued album sets of their own... a complete list is going to be a task... but with patience it can be done. I would suggest starting with one of the mid thirties UK HMV catalogues...
