[78-L] international shipping?

Speaking of ripoffs, I try and guide people through Paypal so as to lose as 
little as possible ('nothing' is nice), but last week a Canadian bought 
something from me and sent $30 CDN which was converted into US funds. When I 
converted it back I ended up with $27. Not nice!
