Roger, how are the jacks you are using to plug in the sound processor?
Could it be simply a question on the type of female Jack on the computer?
You know today there are strange Jacks for the mobile phones that have
different divisions than the original stereo Jacks... Could it be that your
computer has a female Jack with different divisions?
