[78-L] Kemp or Specht?

Mark,
I have a copy of WAITIN' FOR KATY by the Carolina Collegians which I marked from 1928 by Hal Kemp and Johnny Morris.  Unfortunately no other record info. But with a web search, it seems to agree with your Harmony record number.
