[78-L] Does anybody know whether it is possible to make a 78 rpm record that could be play on an acoustic phonograph?

The most recent acoustic 78 I know of is the one issued by EMI in the late 90s of two operatic arias, but it can't be played on an acoustic Gramophone because it's made of vinyl and was very likely cut with a 1 mil stylus.
