Use "snipping tool" with Windows 7 to copy any part or all of a screen.
Check the Windows "Start" menu.

Grabbing a pic from the screen is easy. Use a free photo editor like
Irfanview (get it from the official website). Hit "prt scn" open the editor
and do Control + V to paste it. Then trim the page (Control + Y) and S to
save it.
Or in Win you should be able to do something similar in Paint. If Paint is
still there.
