[78-L] George Formby film

All the extant George Formby films with the exception of FEATHER YOUR NEST
(1937) had made it to DVD.  This film finally available

from NETWORK(UK) as of 2014 in their EALING STUDIO RARITIES collection,
Volume 14.

What may interest some on this list is the setting and plot of the film -
George is a clumsy assistant to the recording engineer

at "Monarch" Records.  He drops a wax master, smashing it.  To hide the
blunder, he records himself performing the song, which 

becomes a hit.
