[78-L] What's up with eBay?

I haven't listed anything in a couple of months but still check my page for notices. And there aren't any! Why don't I see the number of potential monthly listings any more? Has the entire format changed for everyone?

I'm hearing about a number of other problems current and upcoming, and I'm going to have one when they require me to list in Canadian currency instead of US (no thank you, the loonie is constantly in flux and I don't need to list items at something like CDN$13.11 and hope it's US$10 by the time it sells).
