[78-L] Texas rain

it's all over the news, at least here it is , that's all we see in the 
afternoon.

Some areas bad, others, like myself, hardly affected, altho I gotta 
lotta rain. over 11" in one night. Looking out my window everything was 
fine, altho I didn't get up in the middle of the night at the worst of 
it. Don't know how bad it is a little ways over. Some streets in Fort 
Bend County were closed. Some people in Houston lost everything again - 
this happened just less than a year ago and some people, like Meyerland 
subdivision, who had it bad back then in May 2015, had just recovered 
and moved back into their homes 3 weeks or 1 week ago. Then they are 
flooded out again.
