I don't find much about Ozzie, but I find Carr & Baldour listed as a 
duo, performing on CBC radio in the late 1940s; and then I find them 
entertaining on Pittsburgh television in the early 50s-- while they were 
in Pittsburgh, on WDTV, they hosted their own show.
