[78-L] Happy "Happy Birthday"!

In the EU the copyright for "Happy Birthday" expires, anyway, on 
December 31, 2016, 70 years after the death of the last copyright 
holder, Peggy Hill, who wrote the words.
On that day we may sing: Happy Dying Day to you, dear Peggy..." if it 
weren't for our good manners.
