[78-L] overmodulated CDs

It means rather than normalize the file, (that raises the highest peak to digital "0", you find what the value of the highest level in the file is, then raise the level of the entire file until that peak reaches -1.5 dB. I always do the same thing except I allow the highest peak to reach -.1 dB.
