[78-L] 78 transfer players

A friend has one of those, but I've never paid much attention to it, beyond noting that it did play 78s and that the styluses were the type you "flip," depending on the speed of the record you're playing. One side for 33/45 and the other side for 78s. I suppose there's a name for those. The player itself looked like cheap plastic.

Not interested in one, but are there any of those USB port 78 players 
that are worth a damn? Do any actually have a 2.7 or 3.0 mil stylus? I 
see them advertised all over the place and am curious whether any 
company actually puts out a quality product for a reasonable price.
