[78-L] Columbia test

The matrix number dates from early 1944, so it's during the record ban and
too early for a V-Disc of the RHAPSODY IN BLUE soundtrack. The only other
V-Dsc RHAPSODY I know of is one by Elliot Lawrence and that was recorded
in 1947.
