"Molly and Tenbrooks" likely has numerous 78 versions.  I think that the Carver Boys version on Paramount must be one of the earliest (as Tim Brook.")  The Stanley Brothers and Bill Monroe recorded it, but I'm not sure if they did so on 78-rpm.
