[78-L] Just curious... Returning broken records

Interesting.  For records I usually don't pay attention to the return policy.  I have never had to worry about it which is probably why I don't look at it anymore.  I looked at a bunch including my own sales and this one and they all have said that buyer pays postage for returns.  But, this isn't really a return.  Well, not worth anymore bandwidth on 78-l.  I'll send him a picture and be done with it.

perhaps he would be satisfied with a digital photo? Is he looking for 
proof that it was damaged?

Otherwise, does the original listing say anything about it having to be 
returned for a refund? If not, it would not seem to be part of the 
original agreement, and I don't see why you should have to eat it. If he 
complains I would take it to ebay.
