[78-L] Just curious... Returning broken records

Sorry, don't have this one on any of the GG labels but you must be pleased with the fact that the record is in "great shape for the age."  OK, maybe being in 2 pieces isn't that great...

Looks like the other Supreme he had made it safely to its destination by some stroke of luck.

Recently I had some turd send me a 78 in one of those white LP mailers...he
thoughtfully added a 6" square of bubble wrap and what a surprise the thing
arrive snapped neatly in half.

Get this...he said I needed to send him a picture of the record,  another of
the box,  and another of the stamp...all of which was OK with me...but then
he said he'd only refund half the postage!

I told him this wasn't worth my time if he wasn't willing to admit that his
crappy packing was at fault...he sent some smarmy reply,  so for only the
6th time (in over 11,000 transactions since '98) I left negative feedback.

BTW the record was $4.99 but the shipping from Canada was $15.

If anyone wants to see the record in question,  it was eBay #231185688545.

Anybody have a copy of it they would sell me?

I should add that as a rule I don't deal with record sellers on eBay who
look like they don't know anything about 78s...but I was too tempted by this
one to let it go...I should have known better given the rest of the stuff he
sells.
