I didn't address the REEVES portion of Thomas' question:  I have not seen any of these, but there is a record on OCLC of two 78 rpm sides (980/981) that duplicate the titles on the General discs with the same numbers.  Presumably it was just another production of identical material, but whether dubbed or from masters, who knows...
