but the record may have been pressed and sold there after WW2. 

Teldec re-issued pre-war Wilf Carter/Montana Slim Bluebirds on RCA for 
the GIs stationed in Germany. 
So, Japanese Polydor could have re-issued these tracks after the war, too, no?.
