This type of material has not, in general, been well-preserved by collectors of old radio shows, who, despite all the self-congratulations they like to bestow on themselves as saviors of surviving material from radio's "golden age," rarely pay much attention to anything other than the era's dramas and comedies.

I wonder how many radio stations saved them? I would imagine a large % of them ended up at the dump or landfills. is this from the 40's or early 50's ?

announcements are all over the place. They sent them out to thousands
of radio stations.
