[78-L] ID singer on Sands Point Casa Loma

I have here Harmony 1253H by Roy Carroll and the Sands Point Orchestra, a known pseudonym for the Casa Loma Orchestra.It certainly sounds like them instrumentally and in the arranging style, but the vocalist, credited as the pseudonymous "RoyCarroll," doesn't sound like their usual singer Kenny Sargent. Anyone have any idea who this is?
