I am trying to expand a playlist in my iTunes of Italian themed Christmas recordings.  It has come to include artists who are Italian, Canadian/Italian, British/Italian and Italian/American (and one David Whitfield record).  I want to include a nice recording by Frank De Vol and his Rainbow Strings, but I can’t certify that Frank is of Italian descent.  Does anyone have insight into his background?  The Internet says American, that’s all.
