[78-L] Canadian, American, like what's the difference eh?

Here's one for you..two identical looking copies of A2901. First one has "Price 
in U.S. 85c, Price in Canada 90c". Second copy has a paste-over, "Price in U.S. 
and Canada, $1.00".
