[78-L] progeny of 78-era artists

the Green Brothers - George Hamilton Green & Joe Green on xylophones, and Lewis Green on banjo - were among the most prolific recording dance bands of the 78 era, under the name Green Brothers Novelty Band. 

i am pleased to state that i am friends with cornet performer Lew Green, Jr today - son of Lewis Green, senior of the original Green Brothers. Lew continues performing cornet jazz, including some of his family's music from the 1920's.
