[78-L] A note to any users of the US Postal Service

This happened to a friend of mine who had paid USPS for insurance. 

Claim for damage refused because the package was not marked FRAGILE.  
So he affixed large FRAGILE stickers from then on. 
Next claim refused because marking as FRAGILE does not entitle to special handling. 

(I hear that U-Pic and Shipsurance pay out claims without problems and quickly, 
in a matter of days. For international shipments they even accept the number on the 
green customs form for First Class International!!)
