[78-L] A note to any users of the US Postal Service

Hi Roger,

With the recent changes at USPS, even US-based 1st. Class mail is being tracked.  They don't say so, but last week I used the # on the receipt of a 1st. class package I insured thru U-Pic, just as a lark, & the package was tracked & showed that a note had been left.  I didn't request such service, apparently, it didn't fit in the customer's mail box.
