[78-L] Le Petit Mirsha

I just listened to "Petit homme, c'est l'heure de faire dodo" (Little Man, You've Had a Busy Day) by a vocalist known as Le Petit Mirsha. There isn't much written about this performer other than a few entries in Django Reinhardt discographies, as Django accompanied Mirsha on a few dates. 

The $64 question: Is Le Petit Mirsha a boy (as "le petit" suggests) or an adult woman singing like a child?
