[78-L] Buy it Now

Last time I listed anything with "buy it now" I thought the increase had to be
only about 10%, which is what I'm asking about. Outrageous "now" listings are
normal (and often work) but when I went to change one of my listings, I found I
had to come up with a 30% difference.
