[78-L] Buy it Now

When I bought my Victrola Credenza on e-bay the minimum price was around $300 and the buy it now was $1,200. While I watched it the bidding quickly got to $700 and there was a week to go so naturally I jumped on the buy it now, which at that point was still over 30% higher than the current bid. I don't think 30% is an unusual increase.
