[78-L] 78-L Digest, Vol 59, Issue 7 - Gene Autry etc

This query about an Okeh set by Gene Autry leads me to ask about
what I term "Generic" 78 rpm album sets that were published by Columbia
( up to about 1950) WITHOUT any records contained therein; just the albums
with sleeves
to hold the records that you bought by the artist featured on the cover.

I have scans of examples by Sinatra, James, Goodman, Acuff, Heidt, Lowery,
Wills,
the covers just have the artist name and COLUMBIA RECORDS.

Any help would be appreciated.
