[78-L] Bernstein's Rhapsody

The reasoning for the tempi, of course, was that they were set by Gershwin himself when he recorded the piano roll.  The controversy arose from those who concluded that the piano roll was being played at the wrong speed, but it seems to me that if that were the case, the whole piece would be very fast which, of course, it's not.
