[78-L] Bernstein's Rhapsody

Ridiculously fast tempi, and also the record had some phasing problems (early 
quad). I brought it in to play on a CBC program, Mostly Music, and there were 
parts that just vanished in mono (the show ran on both AM and FM networks).
