[78-L] 1902 7" Victor Discovery

The date (2/7/1901) written under the label is visible on the photos. 
It is above the word MACHINE and 7 / 1901 can be clearly seen,
pres. preceded by a 2 (maybe an additional or replacement enlargement
can show both full date and the letter B ?).
