[78-L] 78 pioneer discovered seems to be still performing:

(Thread has veered over to Frank DeVol)  He wrote THE THEME FROM MY THREE 
SONS which was a hit in 1961 for Lawrence Welk who made some 78s.  And 
DeVol's second wife was Helen O'Connell who recorded a 78 or two.
