[78-L] Kathleen Ferrier / ALTO CDs.

The Ferrier interview is presumably the same one Testament has with their
Boult Mahler 3. I don't know the provenance/quality of ALTO's public domain
stuff, but they are related to Vox and their reissues of Vox material
appear to be well remastered from original tapes.
