interview (1:50) Montreal 1950.

Has this "interview" been released elsewhere?

Who/what is ALTO / Musical Concepts ??

looks like another purveyor of inexpensive, public domain material.  Are they 
their own transfers? or lifted from other releases.....?  What is the quality ??
