The Bert Williams line from "Nobody" was modified to "Whoever sooths
your thumpin', bumpin' brain" from the original "Who sooths my thumpin'
bumpin' brain".  And several of us did recognize it. Now, go back to the
original thread (wikipedia) and you'll figure it out!
