No, not wrong picture. 
The matrix WEI (which you can't see in the picture) indicates that 
it is an Indian Columbia, doesn't it? Also, I picked it up at 
Anarkali Bazar in Lahore, Pakistan, which was, in 1933, India.  

Instrumentation: harmonium, flute, a plucked string instrument 
(dotar?), a bowed string instrument (esraj/dilruba, or maybe 
sarangi?), mridangam, tabla. Hard to make out the string instruments, 
because they don't play any solos.
