[78-L] Where were the dubbed Caruso records made?

The 1940 catalog lists 25 acousticals (including ensembles) and 17 dubbed 
sides, which should tell you something (it doesn't tell me why there are odd 
numbers of each, since they're all double sided). If discs were withdrawn it 
was because of the shellac shortage during the war.
