It seems the more famous an artist/performer the more likely that message crops up...The Beatles and The Rolling Stones are two examples...and when I have sold Elvis 78s that message about unauthorized copies comes up every time no matter what...
I have stopped using the word 'copy' too....e.g. "A superb copy'' is now ''A superb example'' and so on...

Sheesh..eBay tried to flag me when I listed a Churchill speech, pressed in
Canada and distributed privately by a Toronto record store in 1941. ARE YOU
TRYING TO SELL AN UNAUTHORIZED COPY? First time I've had that come up before I
managed to post the listing. I managed to change the wording enough to comply
with whatever might have triggered the warning.
