[78-L] MAD labels

His head is cut off at the border so how do you know he's not wearing a hat? 
Nope, not good enough. Any other theories?

The poster was for sale in the late 60s in Toronto. My copy is still in 
pristine condition. I wasn't as lucky with the National Lampoon "stripping 
Minnie" cover, never got that one.
