[78-L] 78 Stylus problems

If you dealt with Esoteric Sound, you were likely dealing with Mike Sotsich.  I have purchased many cartridges, Styli and a turntable from Mike, (always driving to Chicago to pick them up), and I've found he stands solidly behind his products.  If you're having a problem with something you've purchased from him, I would suggest you contact him personally and discuss the problem with him and I'm sure he'll try to make it right.
