Dear Clifford,
He offered a reissue. You bought a reissue. Done deal.
He offered an N- record. You bought a shiny record compromised by paper sleeve "burn" marks on both sides. 80% of the record may be N-, but the other 20% is V- to P-, making this pretty much a worthless copy. Not a done deal.
Condition alone should justify a return with full refund. JUSTIFICATION: Item not as described.
Let us know how this plays out, but please spare us an mp3 of your copy! Get yourself a Yazoo cd of Blind Lemon to listen to.
If you're going to be spending $300 on blues records, you should first take the time to learn how to recognize a reputable dealer, although even the best sometimes make mistakes in grading.
Good luck./steve
