[78-L] Harry Voltaire on the Bridgeport group of labels

Here's an example of a somewhat mysterious group of masters that turns up on the BD&M group (Triangle, Pennington, Puritan &c.):

The matrices on this issue, 11010/11, don't obviously correspond to the typical sources of BD&M masters, usually NYRL, Emerson or Regal-Plaza. They could be control numbers, I suppose.
Any insight from the 78-L denizens?
