[78-L] How do you organize your collection?

So Julian, how do you indicate in the dbase where to find a particular 
record? Do you have everything on the shelf in random order,numbered 
with no concern for label, artist, composer, etc? Or is the 
wall/shelf/divider indicated somehow?
