Jeff,  I understand that Johnson wrote a number of charts for Gus Arnheim in 
1937...So Rare is one of them...I'd also guess he did "Have You Got Any 
Castles,  Baby" which is a super swinger.

Any more detailed info on Johnson's time working with Arnheim?
